Cancellation:
Once an order has been submitted it cannot be cancelled and is subject to BalloonsOnline terms and conditions.
Substitutions:
The balloons sent will be those chosen by the customer. BalloonsOnline reserves the right to substitute any of the balloons or additional gifts with another of similar wording or meaning in the unusual event that the item of choice is currently unavailable. If a substitution is required, we will make every reasonable effort to inform the sender ahead of time. However, circumstances sometimes dictate that prior contact is not possible.

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of one of our products, please contact us immediately by Email or phone and we will provide a replacement or make other appropriate and reasonable arrangements in order to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.
Damaged
Goods Policy:
In the event of a delivery arriving damaged, the recipient
or customer (sender) should notify BalloonsOnline within 24 hours of
receipt. BalloonsOnline will endeavour to replace, free of charge,
the damaged balloon(s) within 24 hours of notification, provided
all packaging and contents are given to the driver in exchange
for the replacement balloon(s).
Refunds
Policy:
Claims for refunds must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
Final discretion on issuing of refunds rests exclusively with
BalloonsOnline. In most cases, refunds are not possible. However we recognise that exceptional circumstances do sometimes happen. In the event that a refund credit is approved, it may only be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase.
Customer Input Errors:
BalloonsOnline will not be held responsible nor liable for incorrect or insufficient information supplied by the customer leading to failed or late deliveries. Prior to payment, the customer should check that all the information submitted is accurate and complete. Typical examples of errors leading to unsuccessful deliveries are:
- Incorrect or insufficient recipient's address provided
- Business name or destination's contact number is not provided
- A business is closed during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm)
- The recipient is not known or has moved from the premises
- Incorrect or insufficient customer contact details
- Access denied to a security apartment block
Delivery Conditions:
BalloonsOnline is ready to take your online orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Orders completed on our system by 11:00am in the recipient timezone can be delivered the same day. Orders received after 11:00am will be automatically processed for next-day delivery, however orders can be placed and stored in our system up to 6 months in advance.
Public holidays:
Balloons Online cannot accept delivery orders for national or state public holidays.
Australian national public holidays will automatically be declined during the ordering process. Individual state public holidays may be accepted during the ordering process, however deliveries will be completed on the next day.
Orders placed for delivery on public holidays will be completed on the NEXT WORKING DAY.
Sunday deliveries:
The deadline to place an order for Sunday delivery is Saturday at 11:00am. Sunday deliveries incur a $40 special handling fee.
Recipient not present to accept delivery:
Residential addresses - if nobody is home, our driver will attempt to leave the delivery in a safe position near the door, or if possible, may leave the delivery with a neighbour. In the event that it is not possible to leave the delivery in a safe and secure location, the order will be returned to BalloonsOnline and an additional fee may be required in order to complete the delivery at a later time or on another day.
Business addresses - if the recipient is not available to receive the delivery, our driver will leave the bouquet with reception or with a work colleague.
Security apartments/premises:
If a security apartment address has been provided the driver will attempt to contact the surrounding units to gain admission. If possible, the driver will then leave the delivery outside the door of the nominated apartment. In the event that it is not possible to leave the delivery in a safe and secure location, the order will be returned to Balloons Online and an additional fee may be required in order to complete the delivery at a later time or on another day.
Hospitals:
The driver will leave the delivery at the appropriate ward checkpoint.
Workplace addresses:
The driver will usually leave the delivery at reception.
Delivery Times:
BalloonsOnline not only makes it easy to order the perfect gift from your home or office, but we also deliver it to most major metropolitan areas for you FREE OF CHARGE.
We are often asked by clients whether we can specify a delivery time. Because there is no added charge for delivery to most major metropolitan areas, we use a variety of delivery methods. In some cases, we deliver your balloons bouquet ourselves, however in some cases we use specialist delivery service companies. As such, delivery times may change during the course of the day. It is impossible for us to to guarantee specific delivery times.
BalloonsOnline will endeavour to deliver your balloons bouquet as early in the day as is possible. However, delivery times are as follows:
- Residences: Between 9:00am - 7:00pm
- Businesses: Between 9:00am - 5:30pm
- Hospitals: Between 9:00am - 6:00pm
- Other Locations: Between 9:00am - 7:00pm
The deadline for deliveries on Sundays is 11:00 AM on Saturday. A $40 surcharge applies to Sunday deliveries.
Order Dispatch:
An order will only be dispatched upon payment being approved by the QSI Secure Server. Submission of the order authorises BalloonsOnline to accept payment for the products selected. Orders processed via this website will result in the customer's credit card being debited within 24 hours of order placement.
Bank Fees:
BalloonsOnline disclaims any responsibility for excess transaction fees on your credit card from pre-authorisation, billing transaction and other transactions. We encourage you to contact your financial institution and ascertain if you will incur charges as a consequence of using your credit card online.
Copyright:
All images, graphics, content and the like are the intellectual property of BalloonsOnline and are therefore subject to copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, broadcast, e-mail, display on your website, use for any commercial purposes, or the like any of the items subject to copyright, without the explicit and written permission of BalloonsOnline.
Limitation of Liability:
BalloonsOnline is not liable for any loss that may be suffered by using this website or any linked website, in excess of refunds as indicated in the refunds policy.
Force Majeure:
BalloonsOnline is not liable for failure to perform any obligations for delivery of goods or services where such failure is due to fire, flood, labour dispute, natural calamity, a technical failure to correctly process customer order information, acts of the government, acts of terrorism, or if such causes are otherwise beyond the reasonable control of BalloonsOnline.
Acceptance of Terms:
By submission of the order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.
